Have you heard about the Carers Card?
The National Carer Card and App supports carers when caring for someone. The card is for anyone that looks aftern someone that needs help and support. It provides reassurance by including your Emergency Contact Details whilst unlocking discounts, a wellbeing hub, the Carer circle tool and so much more through the App. The Carers Card costs £8 and is valid for 2 years.
