Lakeside Surgery are making efforts to become a ‘Greener’ Practice and reduce waste. We want to encourage you, our patients to help us. 

Please speak to a member of our reception team who can quickly sign you up for online access and explain the process of ordering your repeat prescriptions online. 

This is a quick, easy, and secure way of ordering your repeat medications. With online access you can also see when we have processed your request and sent it electronically to your nominated pharmacy.  So, no need to phone the surgery to check it has been done. 

This process has lots of little green wins which benefits all of us, including our planet.

Of course, if you would prefer to come to the surgery and order your medication on paper, please continue to do so.  However, we would politely request that you use the prescription request slips provided.
