Dear Patients

We are receiving hundreds of requests for access to medical records due to patients downloading the NHS App. We are happy to provide you with this access, as is your right to view your records. However, all records to need to be checked before access can be granted, and given the volume of requests plus the increase in demand generally, this will take some time.  

Please bear with us, we are working as fast as we can to action your requests and will message you when this has been done.

As well as the NHS app, if you already have online access to system online, you can download the Airmid App from your App store which you can log onto with your system online user name and password.
